Access is unlocked via Midtrans payment. We offer 3 tiers: Pulse (monthly), Reserve (annual full access), and Elite (coming soon). Payment options include:
Prices are displayed in the payment panel before purchase. UnlockMyBazi reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will be reflected on the website and do not affect purchases already completed.
UnlockMyBazi is a digital product with instant unlock. Refunds are subject to the following policy, which differentiates between product tiers based on how the content is delivered:
Because readings unlock instantly upon purchase (within seconds), refunds for the reason "accidental purchase" are NOT available for these products.

Once any of these are used, our AI system has already processed content with computational costs that cannot be refunded by us to the AI provider. For this reason, refund for RESERVE / ELITE is not available after the dashboard has been explored.

Our team will respond within 2 business days. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis with consideration of forensic data including purchase timeline, usage signals, and account history.
After refund approval, funds will be returned to the original payment method (card / e-wallet / virtual account) within 3-7 business days, depending on bank or payment processor (Midtrans) policy.
For RESERVE / ELITE refunds, tier access will be disabled within 24 hours after the refund is processed.
BaZi analysis is an interpretive art rooted in traditional Chinese metaphysical principles. While UnlockMyBazi uses authentic Solar Terms (节气 Jieqi), True Solar Time (真太阳时) correction, and classical four pillars formulas, readings represent interpretation, not prediction or prophecy.
UnlockMyBazi does not guarantee any specific outcome — financial, romantic, health-related, or otherwise. The reading is a framework for self-reflection and timing awareness, not a guarantee of future events.

The generated reading report is licensed for the buyer's personal use only. You may not:
BaZi as a metaphysical system is ancient knowledge in the public domain. However, UnlockMyBazi's original interpretation content, design, software, calculation engine, and AI prompting system are proprietary and protected.
We collect only the information necessary to generate your reading: name, birth date, birth time, birth city, gender, and email address.
This data is used solely for chart calculation, report generation, and reading delivery. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
UnlockMyBazi reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia.
